Extremely polite personnel and tranquil location. The bed was perfect and room very specious. Air conditioned hotel, 20 minutes' walk from the downtown. Swim-up bar and great pool.

Great stay, as always. Loved coffee, Wi-Fi and microwave in the room. Having different delicious drinks in the music bar was a very nice touch. It was next to the river and downtown Chicago, unbeatable location overall.
